"1st- part dept is always helpful in answering questions and ordering the parts that I need. Great job.
2nd- service dept is awesome! They bail me out of my attempts to repair my bike, and they explain to me what I did wrong or what they did right. thanks.
Overall, the quality of customer service is second to none. I've dealt with some horrible dealerships who don't know the meaning of customer service and I will never spend my money at those places again. Yamaha of Napa is one of the best dealerships that I have been to and here's why: you don't try to sell me stuff that I don't need, you keep your word, quality of work is excellent and so is the customer service.
